Insurance We will file insurance as a courtesy to our patients but are not a provider of any one plan.
Payment Options We accept checks, cash, MasterCard, and Visa. Our office will file insurance for our patients and ask patients to pay their portion of services rendered at the time of service. Patients are responsible for fees not covered by their insurance.
